JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
?Teach TOEIC and IELTS course to various levels and nationalities (adults)
?Implements traditional and innovative methods to motivate students to learn the English language.
?Applied multiple intelligence teaching approaches to make lessons more interesting.
?Instructed more than 20 students through lectures, discussions, group activities and demonstrations.
?Handled basic conversation classes for pupils aging 3 -5 , and advance conversation for ages 6 - 9
?Teaching students whose first language is not English
?Planning preparing and delivering lessons and workshops for groups and individuals
?Carrying out assessments of student's needs and collaborating with class and subject teachers

Team Management
?Disseminate FTL and company updates by holding team meeting regularly
?Perform clerical task files (updating of TL tasks files,checking of team member's FTL slots ,verifying FTL counts etc.
Teaching Quality Maintenance
? Perform Quarterly Evaluation by conducting class observation
?Demonstrate classes for team members for training purposes
?Provide coaching and feedback to teachers to improve their teaching skills
?Assist in training new FTL teachers in handling classes
