招聘條件：

（1）外教國籍：來自美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、等英語母語國家

（2）外教學(xué)歷：本科以上學(xué)歷，并已畢業(yè)兩年以上。

（3）外教個人情況：年齡在25-40歲，年輕，外在形象好的白人外教。

（4）合同期：1年，按法定節(jié)假日休息。

（5）外教資歷：需要具備英語教學(xué)證書（如TEFL），專業(yè)為語言類專業(yè)，擅長歌舞樂器等優(yōu)先。

工作內(nèi)容：

（1）工作時間：20 teaching hours + 10 office hours per week, two days off per week

（2）教授課程：冠亞教育集團統(tǒng)一教學(xué)體系內(nèi)的英語口語類課程

（3）學(xué)生年齡：3歲到15歲

（4）班級人數(shù)：每班不超過20人

（5）坐班情況：除上課時間外，每周需要不少于10個小時的坐班。

薪資待遇：

（1）薪資和發(fā)放方式：按月薪資為10000左右 RMB，每月最后一天17:30前發(fā)放上月工資。

（2）住宿：提供住宿補貼1200，外教到崗后學(xué)校會先提供5天左右的酒店住宿，并協(xié)助找房子。

（3）假期休假：按中國法定假日及圣誕節(jié)。

（4）合同獎金：滿年在合同結(jié)束時發(fā)放6000元。

（5）簽證辦理：給外教辦理工作簽證、外國專家證。

（6）醫(yī)療保險：學(xué)校給外教辦醫(yī)療保險。

（7）旅游和交通：無補貼。

（8）受聘方如有家屬隨行，費用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為5000元整，外教到崗兩周內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機構(gòu)，外教到崗滿一個月付清

備注：

1.外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離開，需要按照用人單位需求時間免費換一名。

2.外教中介所推介外教一定為無犯罪記錄外教，如果用人過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)此類問題，免費換一名。
