中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中心簡(jiǎn)介

    醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中心成立于2006年3月，是中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院科技體制改革調(diào)整過程中，由科技部、財(cái)政部、中編辦和國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局批準(zhǔn)成立的公益性中醫(yī)藥科研機(jī)構(gòu)，編制100人。中心主任為李連達(dá)院士，雷燕研究員任黨支部書記兼副主任。

    中心建設(shè)與發(fā)展的主要任務(wù)是：根據(jù)國(guó)家科技發(fā)展方針和國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展規(guī)劃，按照中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院科技體制改革與中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，針對(duì)中醫(yī)藥科技發(fā)展前沿和醫(yī)療實(shí)踐中的重大問題，建立以大型科學(xué)儀器設(shè)備和前沿科學(xué)技術(shù)手段為主的中醫(yī)藥實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)支撐體系，為我院以及行業(yè)提供中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)共享平臺(tái)；同時(shí)，開展適用于中醫(yī)藥科學(xué)研究的實(shí)驗(yàn)新方法的探索，為中醫(yī)藥科技創(chuàng)新提供方法學(xué)支撐；并以現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)為主要手段，開展依托于重大項(xiàng)目的中醫(yī)藥科學(xué)研究，促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥科技創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。

    中心現(xiàn)已構(gòu)建了較為系統(tǒng)的中醫(yī)藥實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)研究平臺(tái)，包括：分子生物學(xué)、形態(tài)學(xué)、機(jī)能、物質(zhì)分析檢測(cè)、微透析及四診信息實(shí)驗(yàn)研究平臺(tái)，為中醫(yī)、中藥、針灸及中醫(yī)臨床等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域開展中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代研究及中醫(yī)藥實(shí)驗(yàn)方法學(xué)探索提供技術(shù)支撐。本中心已被北京市科委認(rèn)證為“北京市中醫(yī)藥防治重大疾病基礎(chǔ)研究重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”，同時(shí)是“道地藥材國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”培育基地之一。而且，醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中心作為“首都科技條件平臺(tái)—中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)服務(wù)基地”運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)構(gòu)，在承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)國(guó)家各級(jí)各類科研項(xiàng)目的同時(shí)，已面向我院乃至全中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的技術(shù)共享服務(wù)。

The Medical Experimental Center was established in March 2006. It is a public welfare scientific research institution of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the State Commission Office of Public Sectors Reform (SCOPSR) and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the process of the reform and adjustment of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS). The authorized personnel is 100 staff. The Director of the center is Academician Li Lianda, The Secretary of Communist Party Branch and the Deputy-Director is Prof. Lei Yan.

The main tasks for the construction and development: based on the state scientific and technological development guideline and the state development planning of TCM, in accordance with the strategic target of reform in scientific and technological structure and middle-term and long-term development planning of CACMS, focusing on the major issues on the scientific and technological frontiers and medical practice of TCM, with support of the large-scale scientific instrument and equipment and advanced scientific research approaches, the TCM laboratory technique support system is set up and provide TCM modern laboratory technique sharing platform for CACMS and industriesth . Meanwhile, the new experimental approaches of scientific researches explored to support methodologically the scientific research innovation of TCM. Additionally, by means of modern science and technology, the major-project based TCM scientific research is performed to promote the scientific and technological innovation and development in TCM.

The center has constructed systematic TCM experimental technique platforms, including molecular biology, morphology, function, substantial analysis and test, microdialysis and information on four-diagnostic methods, providing the technical support for TCM modern research and experimental methodology exploration in every field such as Chinese medicine, Chinese material medica, acupuncture and TCM clinical practice. The center has been authenticated by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission as Beijing Key Laboratory of TCM Basic Research on Prevention and Treatment of Major Diseases and it is one of the cultivating bases of the National Key Laboratory of Geo-Authentic Crude Drug.
