The role：
The Teacher is responsible for providing students with an engaging English language environment throughout their course of study. This includes delivering lessons to the highest standards of English Language Teaching, thus enabling students to reach their personal learning objectives and become competent users of English as a Foreign Language.

You Will:
Provides students with relevant and engaging lessons tailored to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives

Develops and uses supplementary material  to support learning needs and objectives.
Uses time effectively in order to maintain maximum student engagement.
Develops and delivers in-center and city wide Life Clubs as required.
Liaises, supports and collaborates with all staff tasked with providing study feedback and support to students.
Supports scheduling staff to maintain a high level of services to students.
Completes all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Actively participates in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings.
Assists the Area Manager and Supervisor in product testing.
Participates in all required non-core offerings.

 

1、?？苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。統(tǒng)招學(xué)歷師范專業(yè)畢業(yè)，一類重點(diǎn)本科、研究生畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
2、3年以上教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。條件特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬，可電話咨詢。
3、有教師資格證，退休教師有相關(guān)教師資格證明即可。
4、對(duì)所授課程有深入研究，在本學(xué)科教學(xué)上有所特長。
5、熱愛教師工作，有一線教師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；熟悉中小學(xué)生的生活及學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)，善于與學(xué)生進(jìn)行良好的溝通交流。
6、語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)，思維靈活，富有親和力；有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能在學(xué)科組中互促互進(jìn)；富有耐心、愛心，敬崗敬業(yè)；負(fù)責(zé)、專注
