ALWAYS Education & Exchange Center was founded in January 2001, concentrating on one-stop education for students aged from 4 to 18. In the past ten years, ALWAYS Education has ranked in the top education and training institutions in China, and become one of the authoritative education institutions in English training, ALWAYS Education has six branch schools in Jinan, with 10000 students, 200 employees and 35 full-time foreign teachers, and 15 cooperation schools, with 18500 students in total. Yunfu Always is a new branch school in Guangdong Province near Guangzhou.
With language experts in English education from Australia, US and China, ALWAYS has developed a comprehensive system for English education---Sticker English, which includes text books, optical disks, exercise books, music handbooks, manual bags, comic books and etc. This whole system visualized English study and made the daily life of our students filled with pleasure in their learning.
In 2005, ALWAYS Education imported original multi-media interaction white board teaching system from Canada, developed original animation courseware coordinated with text books, and our students can touch the super-large screen by fingers rather than mouse. This system created a fun and vivid class, realizing teaching through lively activities; we provided the best chances to all the students who can enjoy the most advanced education facilities that are used only in some schools in western countries.
預到崗時間： 越快越好
招聘條件：
1、外教國籍：來自英語是母語國家的老師，包括美國、英國、澳大利亞、加拿大、新西蘭、南非等國家。
2、合同期限：至少為一年全職。
3、年齡與性別：22—50周歲，性別不限。
4、學歷要求：有TEFL/TESOL/Celta證，本科學歷優(yōu)先，有教學工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
工作內(nèi)容：
1、周課時不超過25學時。（20小時的teaching hours , 5個小時的office work）
2、教授課程：英語口語，學校提供課本和教學課件
3、學生年齡：4-16歲，每班不超20個學生
4、參加學校的課外或宣傳活動
薪資待遇：
1、月薪：教師每月工資為8000元人民幣，工作表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者可適當調(diào)整。
2、機票返還：合同期滿一年者，給予6000元人民幣機票補貼 。
3. 休息時間：每周保證至少2天休息時間。
4、住宿：提供獨立公寓房，含家具，電器，網(wǎng)絡。
5. 節(jié)假日：每年享受帶薪年假、法定節(jié)假日等福利
6、受聘方如有家屬隨行，一切費用由受聘方自理。
7、代辦簽證，國內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的常規(guī)費用公司承擔。
8，根據(jù)需要提供免費中文課。
招聘傭金和發(fā)放方式：
每個外教的懸賞賞金為5000元整。外教到崗后一周內(nèi)付給外教推薦者賞金的3000元，外教在校滿一個月付賞金2000元。
如果外教未工作滿3個月離開，需要免費提供外教。
