招聘條件：
1、外教國(guó)籍：不限（白種人優(yōu)先）
2、年齡及性別：35周歲以下,性別不限
3、合同期限：1 year
4、學(xué)歷要求：
Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree in related disciplines or equivalent experiences required;
Relevant experience in conducting and coordinating classroom trainings;
Experience in conducting or organizing language teaching for non-native speakers of English;
Out-going, friendly, responsible, innovative and creative thinking, patient, passionate for education. Good at team cooperation, and skillful in communication;
ESL/TEFL/TESOL certificate is preferred.

工作內(nèi)容：
6、工作安排：80-120 classes per month (duration: 45 minutes/class)

薪資待遇：
1、月薪：900 USD or above/Month plus performance bonus (in the beginning three months),
Salary review will be considered based on performance after three months.
工資將于每月 1 號(hào)前發(fā)放，外籍教師將根據(jù)中國(guó)政府納稅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定交付個(gè)人所得稅。
2、簽證辦理：Self-arranged.
3、其它補(bǔ)助: performance bonus (based on performance delivery)
4、節(jié)假日:Public holiday plus 10 days paid vacation leave.
5、每周休息時(shí)間：Monday or Tuesday
6、機(jī)票：Self-arranged.
7、住宿：Free accommodation
8、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用：Medical commercial insurance
9、受聘方如有家屬隨行，一切費(fèi)用由受聘方自理。
10、年度體檢：Free annual medical body checking.
11、免費(fèi)機(jī)場(chǎng)接機(jī)：Free transport from the airport.
外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：5000元整/外教
每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為5000元整。外教到崗后兩周內(nèi)支付。
