單位簡介：

Step-by-Step is an early learning center for primary school students in grades one through Junior three aging from 5 to 16 years old.  If you like working with children this is the job for you.  No experience is necessary.  We will train the successful candidate.  All necessary materials are provided including electric white board, textbooks, tapes, videos, flash cards, exercises, work sheets, etc. The foreign teacher is accompanied at all times in the classroom by a Chinese English teacher who serves as an assistant.  The most important feature is that the Step-by-Step staff is friendly and helpful.  

Langfang is a clean, modern city featuring many shops and outstanding restaurants.  There are gymnasiums, Starbucks, Walmart,  Wanda Shopping Mall, swimming pools, parks and other recreational facilities. Langfang is located in Hebei Province between Beijing and Tianjin (about 60 kilometers to each). Buses leave every 15 minutes for Beijing and there is also fast train and taxi service and in 20 minutes by train and within an hour you can be in the center of beautiful Beijing which is one of the most vibrant and historic cities in the world dating back thousands of years.

招聘條件：

1、外教國籍：美國，英國，加拿大，澳大利亞，新西蘭

2、年齡及性別：23-50

3、合同期限： 1年

4、學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷

5、招聘數(shù)量：4名

工作內(nèi)容：

6、課時安排：每周工作28小時，含20小時授課，

其它時間為備課，培訓(xùn)，會議，招生，試講及其它活動時間。

7、教授課程：目標(biāo)國際少兒英語，新概念英語 圣三一口語

8、學(xué)生年齡：6-16

9、班級人數(shù)：30之內(nèi)

10、坐班與否：否

薪資待遇：

1、月薪：8000元-10000元每月，工資將于每月30號前發(fā)放，外籍教師將根據(jù)中國政府納稅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定交付個人所得稅。

2、簽證辦理：學(xué)校幫助辦理工作簽證（境外自負(fù)，入境后學(xué)校承擔(dān)）

3、其它補助： 授課超過20小時，每小時補助100元

4、節(jié)假日：寒假14天，暑假8月一個月

5、每周休息時間：連續(xù)2天，但不在周末

6、機票：完成合同9000元機票補助

7、住宿：學(xué)校承擔(dān)住宿費

8、保險費用：學(xué)校購買醫(yī)療及意外險

9、受聘方如有家屬隨行，一切費用由受聘方自理

10. 學(xué)校提供自行車一部

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：  6000/人

每個外教的懸賞賞金為6000元整。外教到崗后一周內(nèi)付3000元，外教在校滿一個月付3000元。

如果外教未工作滿3個月離開，需免費提供外教。
