About Starsplendor Foreign Language School

Starsplendor Foreign Language School is an English training center located in Jinzhou city, Liaoning Province, China and been operational for the past 14 years. At the moment, we have more than 2000 students with four branches and need native English teachers to help enhance their speaking abilities. 星輝外國(guó)語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校位于遼寧省錦州市，創(chuàng)辦于2001年，現(xiàn)學(xué)員2000于人，培訓(xùn)方向?yàn)樾W(xué)、初中、高中學(xué)生提供英語及口語培訓(xùn)?，F(xiàn)需要英語外教兩名，星輝全體教職歡迎每一位有志之外教的加入。

本次招聘外教預(yù)到崗時(shí)間：8月中旬至9月末

招聘條件：

1、外教國(guó)籍：美國(guó)、英國(guó)、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭

2、年齡及性別：20-45

3、合同期限： 至少一年或半年以后再簽一年

4、學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上

5、招聘數(shù)量：2

工作內(nèi)容：

6、課時(shí)安排：每周18小時(shí)授課+15小時(shí)坐班，工作時(shí)間每周三/周五下午和周末，每周工作4天

       7、教授課程：英語口語

8、學(xué)生年齡：7-19歲

9、班級(jí)人數(shù)：平均22人

10、坐班與否：需要坐班

-職位描述-
全職英語外教，每周三天休息，教學(xué)時(shí)間為18小時(shí)，其余15小時(shí)用于每周例會(huì)及教研或參加一些社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。

薪資待遇：

Compensation: 

1. Monthly salary after tax RMB 10000.

2. A well free furnished apartment with private bedroom, kitchen, washing room, heating system, Internet and so on.

3. Airfare 9000 Yuan for one year contract.

4. Can help with working visa and provide maximum RMB1500yuan for it.

5. Cover water and electricity(150yuan/month) and heating bills(1600yuan/year).

6. 30 days paid vacation per calendar year (15 days for summer vacation and 15 days for winter vacation).

7. Cover Health and Accident insurance;

8. 100yuan per hour for extra classes.

9. 240yuan/month for taxi fare.

1.月工資稅后10000元
2.提供免費(fèi)涵蓋大部分家具的公寓或每月提供1500元補(bǔ)貼

3.機(jī)票補(bǔ)貼9000元每年
4.有資質(zhì)提供工作簽證，最大限度給予辦理簽證費(fèi)用補(bǔ)助1500元
5.水電補(bǔ)助每月150元，取暖費(fèi)每年報(bào)銷1600元
6.15天帶薪寒假及15天帶薪暑假
7.為外教繳納醫(yī)療及意外保險(xiǎn)
8.加班費(fèi)100元/小時(shí)

9.工作滿6個(gè)月交通補(bǔ)助每月240元 

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：6000元

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為6000元整。外教到崗后一周內(nèi)付3000元，外教在校滿一個(gè)月付3000元。

如果外教未工作滿3個(gè)月離開，需免費(fèi)提供外教。
