新課思不提倡對學生進行投機取巧的教育，因此我們不會向?qū)W生灌輸考試“機經(jīng)”，也不會收任何指望通過所謂“機經(jīng)”取得良好成績的學生。因為在過往的經(jīng)驗中，我們見證了太多以“機經(jīng)”考取出國又因不具備真實學術(shù)能力被“遣送”回國的例子。我們始終堅信：做教育需要起碼的良知和對家長血汗以及對孩子未來期望的尊重。

We focus more on Shenzhen's high end study-abroad high students. We are located in Shenzhen Futian District(HuaQiang Road Station EXIT B, LuoBao Line, 1 minute’s walk) Elegant office environment with Northern European style. Free Coffee all the time. We will also going to provide professional VPN connection access to the real internet. Friendly management and respect and understandings towards every teachers. We can provide continual teaching hours and benefits to the staff.

招聘條件：

1、外教國籍：American

2、年齡及性別：above 23 below 55

3、合同期限： 1 year

4、學歷要求：Above Bachelor’s Degree of American Top 30 university or Postgraduate Diploma of American top 50 university.

工作內(nèi)容：

We are now hiring full-time teacher for following responsibilities:
Prepare and teach the courses of Redesigned SAT prep/Literature Reading/Essay Reading/Magazine Reading/Academical Writing etc.

We offer guaranteed basic salary of 14000RMB per month and possible 20000RMB+ monthly salary(by historical employee income record) in cash.
Annually Visa renewal reimbursement.
Working laptop computers with paid VPN service.
Reasonable, nice and friendly all English communication with the management.

Candidate Requirements: 

We hope to hear from qualified native speakers.
1.Bachelor's degree of Art/Social Science major such as literature/comparative literature/language education/philosophy/Anthropology is preferred
2.Be able to plan and design courses with syllabus and course ware(ppt/handouts/practice/text-books)
3.Love to teach and good skills of teaching.

6、課時安排：40 hours/week max

7、教授課程：Redesigned SAT prep/Literature Reading/Essay Reading/Magazine Reading/Academic Writing

8、學生年齡：14-19

9、班級人數(shù)：<6 students /class

薪資待遇：

1、月薪：15000 RMB(with 25 Hours of teaching/week) 200RMB/hour over time payment.工資將于每月10號前發(fā)放。

2、簽證辦理：自行辦理

3、其它補助：生日補貼，節(jié)假日傳統(tǒng)禮品（粽子、元宵等），生日補貼，等

4、節(jié)假日：每年15天帶薪年假（含部分國家法定節(jié)假日）

5、每周休息時間：2天

6、機票: 工作滿一年，可報銷每年一次的探親單程機票，KPI考核優(yōu)異者獎勵雙程機票

7、住宿：1000元/月

8、保險費用：

9、受聘方如有家屬隨行，一切費用由受聘方自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式： 6000元每外教

每個外教的懸賞賞金為6000元整。外教到崗后一周內(nèi)付3000元，外教在校滿一個月付3000元。如果外教未工作滿3個月離開，需免費提供外教。
