單位簡介：

A brief introduction of our eductation, filosophy and cultural tradition. We currently have 2 small schools and are looking to expand to a new large school. We curreently have an english only school, that teaches Every weekday at night except for tuesdays and all day on weekends. We also have a small daycare school for young children that is from Monday-Friday. Our new school is aimed at giving students an international school experience with multiple exciting and interesting practical classes useful for their everyday life. These special classes consist of a theme that could change every month to make the students feel excited and happy about learning something new and going to school. These special classes could range from nature, technology, science, cooking, arts and crafts and several other subjects. They could learn anything from how to take care of nature, plant trees and build and repair computers as well. This school is all about giving children the best eductation possible and trying to make sure they enjoy their time in school.  

我校于2010年5月成立，在校生500人。 地處交通便捷的京滬線，高鐵去北京只需要50分鐘，當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源豐富，白洋淀、吳橋雜技大世界、鐵獅子、海興濕地，貝殼島、黃驊港為當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源.。 《因?yàn)橛袗邸贰都摇贩肢@《國際人才人才交流雜志》優(yōu)秀獎和三等獎。建校六年來共成功聘請外教40位。

招聘條件：

（1）外教國籍：U.S.A. Canadia, U.K., Austrailia, South Africa, New Zealand,

（2）外教學(xué)歷：Bachelor degree or above

（3）外教個人情況：No preference

（4）合同期：One year contract with a work Z-visa and a foreign expert certificate. Contract can be extended.

（5）外教資歷：Energetic, creative and loves children.  

工作內(nèi)容：

（1）工作時間：

a) Every week working upto 25 hours with Tuesdays off. Working time will be distributed between the English school and the day care. There is also a 2 hour meeting held once every two weeks to talk about school issues and ideas regarding the school and the students.

b) Every week working upto 40 hours with Weekends off. Teaching in the new school that will open September first. Teaching upto 33 hours a week in the mornings and ocasionally teaching at night if needed(teacher sick or has another issue). There is also a 2 hour meeting held once every two weeks to talk about school issues and ideas regarding the school and the students.

（2）教授課程：Teaching materials provided by the school, books and DVDs.

（3）學(xué)生年齡：From 4 to 18 year old students

（4）班級人數(shù)：Small classrooms, around 7-10 students per classroom.

（5）坐班情況：Only teaching hours, no office hours.

薪資待遇：

（1）薪資和發(fā)放方式：  - Salary from 8,000-14,000 depending on which

school you will work in, positive energy shown in the classroom and teaching experience.

- First month evaluation period 6,000-10,000.

（2）住宿：Fully furnished apartment provided sharing with another foreigner. You will each have your own room. The new school is a 10 minute drive from your living area and the other two schools are 5 minutes walking distance.

（3）假期休假：All holidays are paid for, no salary will be deducted for holidays. Winter holiday is around 14 days, Chinese national day and Labour day is at least 5 days. There are several other holidays that are form 1 or 2 days off.

（4）機(jī)票報銷：5000 RMB will be given to you upon completion of your one year contract.

（5）簽證辦理：School will provide you with a one year work Z-visa and a foreign expert certificate.

（6）醫(yī)療和意外保險：Medical insurance is provided by the school

（7）旅游和交通：Traveling and group trasportation for activities planned every year.

（8）助教：A Teacher assitant will be avaialble for you in each class to help you transalte and explain anything required in the classroom.

（9）受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。If you have relatives, you are responsible for their airfare.

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為5000元整，外教到崗10日內(nèi)支付給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
