In Shanghai and Beijing, Scholastic is creating a chain of English tutorial centers to offer after-school English lessons to kindergarten and primary school children. Scholastic Weihai Center is a new franchise school of scholastic in Weihai City.

 Weihai, dubbed China’s “Garden City”, rests along the shoreline in the northeastern section of Shandong. This coastal city boasts lush forests, picturesque islands, and more than 600 miles of beachhead. Its clean waters and fertile land have given way to large agricultural cultivation and the largest production of seafood in China. In addition to beauty, Weihai has been a city of great importance since China reopened its doors to foreign investment in the 1980s. 招聘條件：

（1）外教國籍：來自 美，英，加，澳地區(qū)。

（2）外教學(xué)歷：本科以上學(xué)歷。

（3）外教個人情況：年齡在20-40歲，性別，白人。

（4）合同期：1年，按法定節(jié)假日休息。

（5）外教資歷：需要具備英語教學(xué)證書（如TEFL），專業(yè)為語言類專業(yè)，擅長歌舞樂器等為佳。

工作內(nèi)容：

（1）工作時間 每周40小時 包括授課和坐班時間

（2）教授課程：教學(xué)樂教學(xué)體系的英語

（3）學(xué)生年齡：3歲到16歲

（4）班級人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過12人

薪資待遇：

（1）薪資和發(fā)放方式： 底薪8000可以協(xié)商，獎金依據(jù)月度表現(xiàn)1000-2000不等

（2）住宿：包含住宿

（3）假期休假：（是否有寒暑假，及假期帶薪情況）

（4）機票報銷：合同履行半年后報銷一半機票，合同期滿報銷剩余部分

（5）簽證辦理：工作簽證

（6）醫(yī)療和意外保險：辦理保險

（7）受聘方如有家屬隨行，費用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為6000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付余款

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名
