Sesame Street English is a famous American education brand established by non-profit organization Sesame Workshop. Sesame Street English aims to provide the best education to the children between 3-12 years old worldwide with a state-of-the-art EFL Program using English-immersion instruction in a fun, exciting context. We are the 4th center of sesame street English in Nanjing, and the newest, too. This is a young team with great enthusiasm and teamwork ability to manage this school. Our Chinese teachers are very experienced at teaching 3-6 years old kids, and other fellows are very nice, too.

招聘條件：

外教國(guó)籍：母語(yǔ), 北美優(yōu)先

外教學(xué)歷：本科

外教個(gè)人情況：性別不限，年齡35歲以下

合同期：一年

外教資歷：有TESOL或TEFL證書(shū)，并且從事少兒英語(yǔ)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)1年以上（如果沒(méi)有TESOL或TEFL證書(shū)，需要有較高的授課水平）

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：每周安排大約14節(jié)課，每節(jié)課60分鐘。周一、二休息。

教授課程：主要教授芝麻街獨(dú)有的價(jià)值觀課程，另外還有一些Demo課、繪本課和活動(dòng)課

學(xué)生年齡：3-6歲

班級(jí)人數(shù)：小班制，每班8-12人

坐班情況：坐班，每周工作34小時(shí)，上班時(shí)間與教學(xué)主管具體溝通

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式： 12k-14k，根據(jù)面試表現(xiàn)確定，每月5-10日發(fā)上一月工資

住宿：提供住宿

假期休假：提供一年共30天的回國(guó)探親假期

機(jī)票報(bào)銷：報(bào)銷一次回國(guó)往返機(jī)票（需工作滿半年）

簽證辦理：外教自帶簽證

醫(yī)療和意外保險(xiǎn)：一份意外保險(xiǎn)

旅游和交通：自行解決

助教：每節(jié)課會(huì)有一名中國(guó)助教輔助

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為6000元整，外教到崗30日內(nèi)支付給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)

注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
