· English teacher; September 2014- March 2017 (ongoing) ; Lishui University ; Lishui, China Teaching oral English (speaking, pronunciation and listening), writing and cultural studies to undergraduate students, taking responsibility for own lesson plans, preparing and assessing exams, teaching small as well as large groups. · Trainee teacher; July-August 2016 ; teaching English to different levels of Spanish students, for the period of one month (as a part of internationally recognised teaching training). · One-to-one English tutor ; September 2010- August 2014 Preparing lessons to meet students’ individual needs (different levels, nationalities, personal motivations). Responding to various challenges creatively, flexibly and intelligently. Preparing some students for international exams: IELTS, TOEFL, FCE.

· Teaching abilities ( preparing lessons, writing lesson plans, preparing exams and assessing students’ progress, evaluating and improving own progress as a teacher, stimulating students’ achievements, patience, flexibility , good presentation and class management skills) · Bilingualism- a very fluent, native-like command of English: a blend of formal and everyday, natural English usage acquired through both, university education in the British cultural context and daily interaction in English for almost 10 years. Very clear, neutral accent with an accurate pronunciation. · A strong linguistic background – impeccable understanding of the English grammar and lexis to convey different meanings, understanding English learning and teaching contexts , learners’ language progression, barriers to learning and strategies to overcome these · Other languages: German (fluent), Czech (communicative) · The ability to construct arguments critically and analytically (research, esssays, reports) · Enthusiasm, motivation, punctuality, commitment · Familiarity with the use of internet and Microsoft Word
