Work Experience
Jan 2014 -Feb 2015 Precision Tax &Accounts Accounts Assistant Working on a part time time basis. Duties includes:- Expenses /Sales Analysis work. Preparation of Accounts up to trial balance. VAT Returns, PAYE & CIS Schemes, Bank Account/ Subcontractor analysis work, Tax return online filing, Company Formation, and general admin duties. December 2012- May 2013 Tesco Express Epsom Customer Service Assistant Handling cash/ card payments, refunds, queries from customers, maintenance of stock levels.
July 2009 – December 2010 National Bank of Pakistan New Accounts Advisor Account Opening, remittance administration, cash handling, government and legal compliance, identifying new sales opportunities, introducing portfolio of financial products and services to customers, whilst dealing with a range of customer service enquiries. Promoting and selling financial products and services to both new and existing customers. Voluntary Experience January - December 2009 Private Charity Operation Administrator
Worked with a local Charity Organization in supporting key volunteer personnel in the day to day operation. This was a one year management trainee placement whiles studying for my MBA Qualification. Duties included: Communicating with internal departments as needed, addressing performance issues, meeting management, assisting with planning and scheduling, writing management reports, data analysis, customer services, reception coverage and diary management.
