                                  Responsible for control and organization handling operations and procedures on the apron, dealing with aircraft                      

                                  operators, crew, passengers and relevant authorities.

·    Provide an exceptional level of service at all times, striving to go above and beyond customer’s expectations                                                             

·    Organization and control all handling operations and services for air planes, from arrival to departure time

·    Coordination  technological processes of the ground handling in the airport

·    Giving pre-flight information for crew members, NOTAMs, weather reports

·    Accept, correct and file flight plans, use  the AFTN

·    Meet inbound/outbound passengers and ensure a smooth and efficient service is achieved

·    Assist with onward transportation arrangements, hotel reservations, cargo airway bills and catering orders

·    Provide hospitality to  passengers, crew

·    Arrange aircraft ground service requirements, including fuel delivery allocation to aircraft

·         Organization the work of representative office for regular and charter flights.    

·        Control and organization of technical and commercial maintenance the aircraft airport services, conducting mutual settlements between the airlines and the airport

·        Meeting arrived planes, work with all necessary documentation, cargo airway bills and control necessary technological processes on the apron ( refueling, flight catering, cleaning)

·        Greet passengers, handle airline-related inquiries, and resolve customer issues

·        To provide assistance to the crew in the passage of border and custom formalities
