Covered the tendency of the need of having work experience and analyzed the reasons of such importance being experienced professional. Main reason why I preferred to start working career instead of doing MA (Masters in Education).

Used past years reports and statements to understand kids phycology and applied used knowledge to find individual approach to every child. Tested different entertaining techniques to approach the interest zone/ zone of involvement.

EAL means students for whom English is an additional language and in my research I used a the 12-month research data of University of Cambridge to understand the major problems
