Responsible for lessons planning well prior to teaching, syllabus development, TA training, conducting of English lessons, assessment of student’s work, communication, cultural exchange and teaching development with school management, students and students parents, taking of active part in extra-curriculum activities.
Duties
· Daily communication with parents and TA’s · Expertise in ESL Oral, Written, Spelling programs, up to 30+ students per class · Cooperation with local English teachers for term planning · Participating in extra-curricular activities · Listening to students to understand their concerns and needs · Responding to misbehavior in an effective but measured way
