Main duties: · Design and follow a complete teaching plan · Organize learning materials and resources · Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities · Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information · Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills Core competence: · Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant teaching laws, academic policies · Ability to develop ideals and skills that will enhance the teaching of English across a school · Modifying the curriculum and coursework when necessary · Interacting with colleagues on a professional level and able to establish and maintain productive relationships with them · Highly optimistic and can handle any amount of stress at work
