Responsibilities and accomplishments:

· Creating a curriculum for 9 groups for 18 months. Class books covered: Super Safari 1,2,3, Super Minds 2, Smart English 1,2,3,4,5,6, Monster Phonics, Genki Phonics. Syllabus included: target language, activities and games, chants, songs, action breaks, handcraft activities and projects, phonics and reading.

· Finding and ordering different teaching materials from the Internet: games, board games, handcrafts, flashcards, and other useful reusable materials.

· Building a big library (around 150) of videos and songs on different topics (Super Simple Songs, Dream English, PinkFong, Marple Leaf Learning, Kiboomers, WoW English TV, ESLKidStuff, etc)

· Giving high quality, self-tailored, entertaining 60- and 90-minute lessons for groups of 6-8 students aged 3-12.

· Giving 4-5 demo lessons a week. 6 new groups have been formed as the result.
