- Served as an English as a Second Language teacher for Chinese children aged 3 to 9 years, teaching through language exercises, games and activities. Encouraged children to work together and to use English to communicate. - Designed a curriculum from the school’s collection of English learning materials with a focus on young children’s spoken proficiency and then all-rounded proficiency, tailoring it for each class and advising the school on how materials should be implemented. - Consulted parents in how they could encourage and support their child in learning English outside the classroom.
