Hebei International School (42 Middle) Shijiazhuang (Hebei) – English Teacher – Sep 13 – Present: Teaching grades 8-9 basic to intermerdiate levels of oral English, focusing on pronounciation, grammar and fluency. Requires high motivation along with the ability to adapt and to think quickly. To be creative and to find ways which would help breakdown the barriers of communication by explaining things in a way all students could understand.

New Channel School – Shijiazhuang (Hebei) – English Tutor Oct 13 -  Present: Assisting students with IELTS speaking practice and preparation. Taking VIP classes, in which one to one tuition would be carried out and voluntarily offered to run weekly English corners. 

Movianto – Client Services Executive – Sep 11 – Aug 13: Being part of a European logistics company that specializes in the healthcare industry, my role involved:

§ Managing a set of key client accounts and to be main contact point for those clients.

§ Dealing with all client issues and queries regarding their inventory and deliveries.

§ Working alongside key account managers to help improve services for our clientele and win new business opportunites. This involves numerous client visitation. 

§ To produce reports on KPI ‘s and analyse this information for the client and CAM’s

§ Ability to deal with unforeseen problems and solve them in a quick and efficient manner.

§ To demontrate the ability to speak to all levels of the heiracy and to help forge strong working relations.

Masternaut (Cybit) – Bookings Coordinator – Dec 10 – June 11: Working for a  pan European Leader in the telematics industry:

§ Managing engineering schedules in which we arrange a variety services for our engineers to carry out. 

§ Liasing with customers on a regular basis either by phone/email, executing the abiliy to talk to different levels of management whilst delivering superior customer service. 

§ Scheduling small to medium roll outs of new installs which involved the ability to self manage and demonstrate efficient planning as it was vital to ensure correct equipment was ordered and delivered to the designated location at the right time. 

§ Extensive knowledge on a wide range of technical products

§ Ability to deal with unforeseen problems and solve them in a quick and efficient manner.

§ Hitting daily targets to fulfil our quota of 100 bookings per week each, therefore demonstrating the ability to self motivate.

Pirie Palmann ltd (Peterborough) – Hips Admin Assistant, Aug 09 – June 10: Working at a conveyance company:

§ I was part of the Home Information Pack (HIP) team, where co-operation and communication was vital to the success of meeting strict time guidelines. 

§ responsibilities involved validating HIP’s sent to us by estate agents and solicitors, making sure they were compliant. This involved a high level of attention to detail and thoroughness as we were dealing with a legal document.

§ involved frequent communications with agents and clients by phone or via email

§ the ability to manage and make decisions independently and other general adminstrive duties.
