• As a team leader it was my responsibility to motivate a team, ensure we were covering the area effectively by marking off maps and provide those on my team with any support they needed.
• I became team leader after just two weeks as a fundraiser. This was due to my consistently good scores and the impression I had left on the recruitment manager during my interview.
