? Leadership Skills – Managing staff within the service department, as well assisting customers as problems arise, receiving inventories through receiving area.

? Organisational Skills – Replenishing stock and ensuring that stock is carefully rotated and presented.
? Manual Lifting Skills – Splitting pallets of inventory as they enter the store.

As I have a younger brother with special needs who has difficulty communicating using spoken language, I have learnt to find other ways such as non – verbal communication to overcome this problem.
