Working with the students of different age and level of English taught me to pick material most suitable for a student. It also helped me to learn how to be flexible and to adjust to each of my students’ needs. Working in this English camp with lots of kids was a great experience. I learned a lot about conflict situations especially how to cope with them. Children also taught me to adapt to any situation, you never know what’s going to happen next minute.
