·         Prepare & writing cash book, prepare payments, journal entries and following outstanding receivable payments for the credit sales of carpets furniture etc.

·         Prepare & writing of ledger & manually posting from Journal to ledger receivables & payables.

·         Prepare trial balance manually. Doing some typing work to prepare L/C to import material from overseas country.

·         To promote the company and to introduce the company product and policies, new housing schemes on easy installment basis and as well as introduce the investment schemes.

·         Keeping all customers ledgers individuals and other routine office work

·         Making effort to arrange the land for the co. to build the houses. Report to head office weekly. Deposit the entire incoming cash installments in the bank account.

·         Supervise the two assistants and manage the land deed matters for taking land on contract basis with the help of company lawyer.
