Whilst in Ghana I helped paint the orphanage and classroom. I have also written and produced a number of different school productions. As part of this we travelled to Ghana to help support a school we are linked with. We also raised money for the Night School for street children. Sport – I regularly played cricket for a team in Shanghai. I also like to play squash, go rock climbing and other outdoor pursuit activities (caving, mountaineering, orienteering and rafting etc.) Travelling abroad – In addition to working and living in Shanghai and travelling to Ghana, working on the ships has allowed me to experience many parts of the world and different cultures.
