Head of the International Office, responsible for six employees, some foreign lectures and student interns, and study abroad sojourns for more than 1,100 students per year. In addition to the personnel and budget responsibility of the International Office responsible for the expansion, support and maintenance of the university network and the initiation of new cooperation programs, for cooperation in the strategic international development of the university, for various short-term programs, as well as for the representation of the university at international congresses, education fairs and other events.

Responsible for all activities of the university in the areas of international marketing, for recruitment of foreign students and the initiation of further international projects. Responsible for the concept, creation, marketing and implementation of new international short-term study programs and projects.

Development of new study and service offerings as well as intercultural programs, the development of an annual international study fair abroad ("Ibero International Education Fair") with over 140 participating institutions, exhibitors and other service providers. Various presentations at conferences in Mexico and the USA on the importance of social software in the context of the internationalization of universities.

Creation and development of a new website, the "Platform Ibero Exchange", for the International Office (www.internacional.ibero.mx). Objectives and content: improvement of advice and information on international study opportunities, creation of a global network of students, information on study opportunities for domestic and foreign students, detailed description of the university network.

Employee in student services and study organization, responsible for planning and coordination of three-month project placements, organization of events for the presentation of project internships in front of professors and fellow students, information on experiences and results of the projects.

From 05/2003: in the course of the extension of the International Office change in the International Office to a newly created position. Responsible for development, supervision and care of the cooperation network of the ISM, responsible for diversification of the European partner network. Supervision and function as contact person and coordinator for foreign students as well as supervision of foreign lecturers. Coordination of Erasmus programs and budgetary responsibility for all Erasmus fellowships. Conference preparations and visits, frequent visits by partner institutions and representation of the university at international trade fairs and conferences. Student counselling for stays abroad and for funding opportunities. During several years Erasmus-Coordinator of the institution, later appointed as "Manager European Development".
