Consulting. Working as part of a team to identify and define how a customer’s business needs can be supported through the use of Customer Relationship Management software. After the analysis, focus moves on to configuring the software to meet requirements.
November 2010 – May 2011 Management Trainee internship in Eton Hotel
Shanghai, an international luxury 5 star hotel. Responsible for team of 5 full time staff and 2 casual waiters. Remit was to implement and maintain all standards, policies and procedures in the restaurants, meeting rooms and private dining department. Emphasis was placed on staff training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability
December 2009 – June 2010 Worked as a cook in restaurant.
