Employment History: EF Smart School, Guangzhou-Shanghai, Chi2009- 2012 Foreign English Instructor, Guangzhou-Shanghai, China. Coordinated and oversaw educational faculty Trained over 500 EF students from Beginner to Upper Advanced English comprehension and writing to students ranging from 18 to 60 years old. Trained over 200 Chinese young learners ranging from 5 to 15 years old in written English, spoken English, and reading comprehension. Taught specialized courses in Business English, Public Speaking, Academic, Culture, Reading, and Writing. Received 3rd prize in the Guangzhou “Why I love English Town 10.” Teacher’s Competition. Created new school policies for supporting struggling and exceptional students. Wrote training materials used for observing quality of life clubs as well as elicitation and explanation techniques. Monitored effectiveness of the new teaching materials and reported suggestions and errors to EF headquarters in Shanghai.
