Company: Xerox Ltd - European Credit Analyst – July 2012 to present Dealing with credits for Xerox’s biggest distributor and also provide back up for other colleagues’ accounts. Ensure payments are made with set targets and queries from internal and external customers are dealt with promptly and effectively. Using SAP & ECC programs to process and fix any errors in payments. Validate and approve distributor claims against budgets and sales data for bids rebates and marketing promotions. Establishing good relationships with distributors in order to be able to communicate effectively on issues involved in the business.
Company: WH smith travel (Heathrow Terminal 5) - Sales/stock-room assistant – February 2008 to September 2012. Responsible for serving customers at the tills and stocking up shelves. Helping colleagues and tidying up the shop floor. Checking levels of stock and updating invoices on our system Data entry and working as part of a team.
Company: Tk Maxx - Sales Assistant - October 2005 to May 2007. Responsibilities included helping customers find certain product. Tidying up the shop floor throughout the day and when closing. Stocking up shelves, completing tasks set by the supervisors or managers and helping out colleagues where-ever needed.

TEFL Qualified – The TEFL academy UK 120 hours - 2013 在英國取得TEFL 證書 TEFL qualified teacher with The TEFL Academy – WTEFLAC accredited. Created lessons for various levels from beginner to advanced levels. Developed a good understanding of various teaching techniques to teach the English Language and the importance of group work and greater student talking time. Have strengths in creating fun interactive lessons designed to stimulate and engage the students. Solid grasp of classroom management techniques and matching correct materials to the correct level of the students.
I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my TEFL training and having completed the TEFL course, I feel I am ready to lead a class and help each student reach their full potential with their studies.
