Trainee Manager responsible for the smooth running of the holiday village, around 3 sqm with entertainment facilities including 4 bars, swimming pool, kids recereation centre, amusement arcade, bingo, swimming pool, laundry as well as over 50 holiday homes and 2000 static residential holiday units.
My parents were both managers at this facility and from around the age of 8years old I was brought up in this enviroment and later groomed to take over as site manager. I spent 2 years as a trainee manager and a further 2 years as an assistant manager.
This position allowed me to develop excellent skills in customer care, problem solving, trouble shooting and a myriad of other minor skills required for the day to day running of the facility.
