本期招聘外教11名，在2017年8月20日到崗
單位簡介：
上海師范大學(xué)附屬第二外國語學(xué)校，創(chuàng)建于2000年，地處浦東新區(qū)科教園區(qū)大學(xué)城，是一所現(xiàn)代化高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)民辦寄宿制學(xué)校。學(xué)校占地面積150畝，建筑面積近15多萬平方米，毗鄰迪斯尼樂園、浦東國際機場，環(huán)境幽雅，設(shè)施齊全。
學(xué)校是十二年一貫制學(xué)校，其中包括小學(xué)、初中（劍橋國際課程融合）、國內(nèi)高中部、國際高中課程部 (美國高中課程)。師資以中青年為主，外教比例近60%，教學(xué)經(jīng)驗豐富，業(yè)績突出。
招聘條件：
外教國籍：母語外教
外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上
外教個人情況：
? At least two years teaching experience in English environment.
? Teaching experience (middle or high school student level preferred).
? or Teaching qualification such as TEFL/TESOL certificate.
? Standard pronunciation and good at motivating students’ interest in learning.
? Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
? Works cooperatively with a teaching team.
? Must be adventurous, open-minded, culturally sensitive, flexible, knowledgeable.
? Criminal Background Record Check required.
? Accept other related professional and school duties as determined by school.
合同期：2017年8月開始合同期，1年1簽
工作內(nèi)容：
工作時間：每周安排最多22節(jié)課，每節(jié)課45分鐘。周六、日休息。
教授課程：ELA/ World History & World Geography & American History/ Math/ Biology, Chemistry, Physics/ PE & Health/Art
學(xué)生年齡：15-18歲
班級人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過20人
薪資待遇：
薪資和發(fā)放方式：Yearly salary package from 150,000 RMB – 220,000 RMB.,每月10日發(fā)上一月工資
住宿：provide housing allowance
假期休假：Approximately one-month vacation in mid-winter and 6-7 weeks in the summer；observes Chinese public holidays
機票報銷：reimbursement of international airfare up to 10,000 RMB per academic year.
簽證辦理：Provide legal Z work visa
醫(yī)療和意外保險：100% coverage of health insurance
外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：
每個口語外教的懸賞賞金為7000元整，學(xué)科外教8000元整，外教到崗30日付清中介費。
注意：
外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名。
