The Etonkids Educational Group is a collaboration of experts in the fields of education,research, and school management established by alumni of Harvard and Northwestern universities, with representatives of international Montessori organizations. The Etonkids International Educational Group operates two school brands: Etonkids and Orchard kindergartens. Each Etonkids campus offers one of three Etonkids school programs: Etonkids International Kindergarten, Etonkids Bilingual Kindergarten, or Etonkids Huizhi Kindergarten.

招聘條件：

外教國(guó)籍: 母語(yǔ)（最好是母白）

外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上

外教個(gè)人情況：有TEFL/TESOL或者兩年以上相關(guān)全職工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（可辦理工簽）

合同期：2年

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：周一-周五 08：00-17：00 午休一小時(shí)

教授課程：英語(yǔ)

學(xué)生年齡：2-6歲

班級(jí)人數(shù)：每班不超過(guò)25人

坐班情況：需要坐班

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式：北京&上海18000以上（稅后,含房補(bǔ)）,每月10日發(fā)上一月工資

其他城市 17000以上 (稅后，含房補(bǔ)) ，每月10日發(fā)上一月工資

福利：孩子上幼兒園可享受員工折扣

住宿：不提供，但提供接機(jī)和5天酒店免費(fèi)住宿，并且校園協(xié)助找房。

假期休假：所有中國(guó)法定假日+25天額外年假

機(jī)票報(bào)銷(xiāo)：境外候選人機(jī)票報(bào)銷(xiāo)（可報(bào)銷(xiāo)6,000）

簽證辦理：支持工簽

醫(yī)療和意外保險(xiǎn)：有商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)

旅游和交通：入職24個(gè)月后，每年有旅游補(bǔ)助(可報(bào)銷(xiāo)5,000）

其他：受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為7000元整，外教到崗滿30日付清

注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
