Our company focus on drama education training for children and adolescents aging from 3 to 18 years old. We are dedicated to improving their abilities to know themselves, stimulate their creativity, build their confidence and speak fluent oral English. The aim is to cultivate a correct value for the Chinese children to get in touch with the world and envision the variety of the multicultural art in the world.

Here is the details of the Recruitment:

我們專注于對3-18歲的幼兒和青少年進行戲劇教育培訓。通過戲劇教學提高孩子認識自我，增強創(chuàng)造力、自信、口頭表達等能力。為中國兒童搭建認識及感知世界多元文化藝術、樹立兒童正確價值觀。

招聘條件：

1. Native English speaker ( American, British, Canadian, or  preferred)

1. 英語為母語的外籍教師（英國、美國、加拿大人士優(yōu)先考慮）；

2. Bachelor/'s degree or above.

2. 擁有學士或以上學位 ；

3.The drama education experience is preferred

3.有戲劇教育經驗的優(yōu)先

4. The candidate should love teaching, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.

工作內容：

Job Responsibilities:

工作職責

1. To prepare and provide Demo classes as required.

課前備課并按照需求提供教學示范課

2. To help students to improve the ability of using English

幫助學生提高英語實際運用能力.

3. To improve the comprehensive abilities with drama and to show the children the charm of drama.

用戲劇教育提高孩子的綜合能力，感受戲劇的魅力。

4. To create and sustain a happy atmosphere to attract children to involve them in the class.

在教授過程中保持課堂的活躍氣氛并確保所有學生都融入到課堂當中

5. Responsible for the drama teaching and rehearsing.

負責戲劇教學及排練演出.

工作時間：每周上5天休息兩天，周六日不休息

教授課程：英文戲劇

學生年齡：3-12

班級人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過10人

坐班情況：10:00-19:00 OR 13:00-20:00

薪資待遇：

待遇與福利：

1. Salary: 20000 per month

1.工資：20k/ 月 ，每月15日發(fā)放
2. Working time: 10:00a.m. - 19:00p.m.

3. Work location: ChangYang in FangShan District

3.工作地點：北京市房山區(qū)長陽

4. Rest: on Monday, Tuesday; there will be exchanging holiday based on the national holiday  according to the company.

4.休息：周一、周二 、國家法定節(jié)假日會按照公司情況調休。

5.年底獎金

P.s. Company will provide “Manual for living in China” for the foreign teachers and employees, including daily way and routine, 24-hour convenience stores, near large supermarkets, shopping plaza, near gym and restaurants, hospitals and other comprehensive guidance.     

附：公司會為外籍教師和外籍員工準備“中國生活手冊” 包含日常出行方式、路線、 24小時便利店看、附近大型超市、購物廣場、健身房、小吃餐館、醫(yī)院、等綜合指南。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為6000-8000元整，外教到崗7日內支付50%給外教中介機構，外教到崗滿30日付清余款

注意：

外教三個月內因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名。
