外教中介傭金及發(fā)放方式：

母語國家白人外教懸賞獎(jiǎng)金8000元，外教到崗10日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付剩余50%的余款。RMB8000 agent fee for school approved English native speakers. 50% payable to the agent 10 days upon arrival of the foreign teacher at the school and the remaining 50% on the 30th day of arrival of the foreign teacher at the school. 

注意事項(xiàng)：

1、外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職的，需要免費(fèi)換一名同等資歷的外教。Should the teacher leave within 3 months due to his/her personal reason or reason due to the placement agency, the placement agency agrees to provide a replacement teacher free of charge.

2、更換外教需兩周內(nèi)到崗，否則中介需付每名外教懸賞獎(jiǎng)金一半作為違約金支付給甲方。Should the Teacher send by the agent fail to meet the School requirement and standard, the replacement teacher has to arrive at work with the School within 2 weeks, else the agent agrees to return 50% of the agent fee as restitution to the School.
