MindXplorer seeks to be on the forefront of the introduction of western education management concepts to China and promoting Chinese education reform through exploring international education systems. MindXplorer offers excellent educational resources to cultivate a new generation of international talent through training courses (SCHOOL), vocational education cooperation (InVEST), international education forums (MXE Forum), third-party assessment of education (GOAL Assessment), the development of distance education, academic planning, the MindXplorer Education Fund (MXE Fund) and other cooperations.
職位簡(jiǎn)介:
Location: Miyun/TongzhouDistrict , Beijing, China
Start Date: as soon as possible
Work days: Monday--Friday, weekends off; No office hours
Work hours: Within 25 hours per week
招聘條件:
(1)Good character, high moral integrity; flexible and intelligent;
(2)Age - from 25 to 55 years old;
(3)Native English speakers from the US., the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa;
(4)Physically healthy, no criminal record (must provide documentation of a "clean" criminal record);
(5)Bachelor degree or above (any subject);
(6)Candidates with TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate ≥120 hours, OR 2 years of English teaching experience OR a bachelor’s degree with English language or Education major.
薪資待遇:
RMB 19,000 monthly for experienced teachers in Miyun district,no paid Chinese school holidays (summer/winter vacations)
RMB 17,000 monthly for experienced teachers in Changping district (free accommodation), paid Chinese school holidays (summer/winter vacations)
RMB 20,000 monthly for experienced teachers in Tongzhou district, paid Chinese school holidays (summer/winter vacations)
Plus:
(1)Chinese school holidays (summer/winter vacations), public holidays;
(2)Utilities expense subsidy RMB 200 per month
(3)Round-trip flight tickets (reimbursed upon completion of contract, maximum RMB 10000);
(4)Insurance (accident and medical);
(5)A bonus of RMB 5000 for renewing your contract with us next year.
(6)No office hours required after school.
Additional support service offered:
(1)Work (Z) visa processing if candidate does not have one;
(2)Airport pickup service upon candidate's arrival;
(3)Assistance of finding apartment will be provided;
(4)Free pre job training services to help teachers adapt to the work in Beijing;
(5)Chinese cultural excursions like Great Wall trip, and other cultural activities such as KTV, etc.
(6)Support service of living in Beijing.
外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式:
每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為8000元整,外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu),外教到崗滿30日付清余款
注意:
外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職,需要免費(fèi)換一名。
