內(nèi)蒙古興安盟常青藤教育注重“口語(yǔ)交流”。 倡導(dǎo)“用英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)”的先進(jìn)教育理念，由口音純正的英語(yǔ)外教與專(zhuān)業(yè)教師團(tuán)隊(duì)與多媒體教學(xué)技術(shù)全方位構(gòu)建了“純英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境”。致力于創(chuàng)造一種最佳的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，從聽(tīng)與說(shuō)入手，采用全英文的教學(xué)環(huán)境，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言慣性思維能力。再輔以專(zhuān)業(yè)教師的讀寫(xiě)語(yǔ)法課程。為了幫助學(xué)員提高英語(yǔ)的綜合能力，將教學(xué)分為四個(gè)板塊教學(xué)：聽(tīng)；說(shuō)；讀；寫(xiě)。除了在課堂上與老師面對(duì)面的學(xué)習(xí)交流以外，學(xué)校還組織安排了每個(gè)星期免費(fèi)的：英語(yǔ)沙龍、英語(yǔ)角等興趣活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)員有更多的機(jī)會(huì)運(yùn)用自己的英語(yǔ)水平去展示自我英語(yǔ)的素養(yǎng)。

招聘條件：
外教國(guó)籍：母語(yǔ)國(guó)家的都可以
外教學(xué)歷：高中以上，符合辦理工簽
外教個(gè)人情況：性別女士?jī)?yōu)先，男的也行，年齡＜50，有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)一年以上，最好有教師資格證
合同期：最少一年
外教資歷：1.TEFOL or TEFL qualification certificate.2.More than one year of the teaching experience.
工作內(nèi)容：
工作時(shí)間：每周安排大約20-30節(jié)課，每節(jié)課45分鐘。兩天休息，工作時(shí)間在40小時(shí)/星期。
教授課程：主要負(fù)責(zé)聽(tīng)力與口語(yǔ)教學(xué)，學(xué)生以零基礎(chǔ)為主。
學(xué)生年齡：6-18
班級(jí)人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過(guò)20人
坐班情況：除上課時(shí)間外，工作時(shí)間內(nèi)坐班。
薪資待遇：
薪資和發(fā)放方式： Salary: RMB8000-20000/Month (if the teacher has the management ability and rich teaching experience, the company will give the bonus end of the year.)每月10日發(fā)上一月工資
住宿：the company will be responsible for the teacher's accommodation (independent bedroom; includes television, internet, kitchen, independent bathroom, furniture ). During work (the company will provide food/ beverage and transportation subsidies). The company will equip language assistant to help teachers understand the culture and solve problems encountered in life.
假期休假：Teachers will have all of the statutory holidays in China
機(jī)票報(bào)銷(xiāo)：For the teachers who works for the company more than one year, the company will provide one-way air ticket; For the teachers who are employed with the company for longer than 1.5 years, the company will provide round-trip air tickets.
簽證辦理：The company will provide working visa supporting documents to assist the teachers to pass the visa interview.
醫(yī)療和意外保險(xiǎn)：The teachers will be provided comprehensive medical insurance in China by the company.
旅游和交通： the company will provide travel funds (travel subsidies in China) for the teachers who are working with us for more than six months.
助教：在前期工作開(kāi)展公司配有助教，在生活中，公司有24小時(shí)生活助教，幫助外教生活
受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。
外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：
每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為7000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款
注意：
外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
