Our company’s personnel currently consist of Chinese and Foreign Staff performing the duties of Teacher Assistants, Managers, Human Resource Officers, and Accountants. The majority of our teachers are placed in kindergartens and early childhood education, but we also have a few partnerships with universities, primary, and secondary schools. Currently we have 140 well-trained and educated instructors employed in 100 contracted schools in the Beijing area.

招聘條件：

國籍：母語白人 或 非母語白人資質(zhì)較好者

學(xué)歷要求：本科學(xué)歷或以上

合同期限：一年，可以續(xù)簽。

年齡：22-45周歲

熱愛教學(xué)工作，喜歡孩子，熱情開朗，有無經(jīng)驗(yàn)均可。無任何犯罪歷史記錄。

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：周一到周五 授課時(shí)間不超過5小時(shí)每天。每節(jié)課大概30分鐘左右，根據(jù)學(xué)校課程安排

學(xué)生年齡:3-6歲

班級人數(shù)：一般25人左右

工作職責(zé)：制作教學(xué)計(jì)劃；根據(jù)學(xué)校課程安排完成授課計(jì)劃；積極參加學(xué)校戶外活動(dòng)；處理好和同事之間關(guān)系，和中教老師配合完成教學(xué)任務(wù)；如有需要及時(shí)和家長溝通孩子學(xué)習(xí)情況。

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式：薪資根據(jù)外教資質(zhì)從7k-12k不等，每月15日發(fā)放。

KPI:根據(jù)表現(xiàn)，按月發(fā)放

住宿：提供住宿 或者3000元房補(bǔ)

機(jī)票補(bǔ)助：1000美金，完成合同發(fā)放

簽證：符合工作簽證要求，我們會(huì)協(xié)助申請工作簽證，如不符合，需要簽證自理

假期：國家法定節(jié)假日

助教：公司有外教管理專員，定期查訪學(xué)校，可以給外教在日常生活和工作上提供幫助，學(xué)校都有配班老師協(xié)助上課。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為6000元整（母語），外教到崗37日內(nèi)支付給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)

注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
