Position Vacancies

Youth English Teacher (Seed Program)

Vacancy: 1 teacher

Starting Date: February, 2021?

Responsibilities: Youth (4 to 17 years old) English teaching and tutoring, students‘ assessment, etc.

Working Schedule: 20-25 teaching hours and 2 days off per week. Possible teaching hours are 16:00 to 21:00 during the week and 08:00 to 20:00 on the weekends.?

Class size: 5 to 12 in one class.?

Office hour: Not required, no more than 8 hours per week for weekly meetings or trainings. (Usually 2 hours per week)

Requirement:

Nationality: Native English Speaking countries. British, American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander, Irish, or great experiences and accent from South Africa.

Degree: BA and above. With youth English teaching experience.?

Age: 20 to 35.?

Contract: 1-3 years

Qualification: TEFL or TESOL or tutoring experiences.

Payment

Salary: RMB16000-22000 per month, (before tax, including all)

Accommodation: Provide 1st month dorm for free if not in summer time.

Holidays: 16 paid holidays including public holidays.?

Visa: Working visa, (must provide proper documents required)

Medical: Medical insurance and annual health check.?

Travel Bonus: RMB9000 after every 12 months’ service.

注：本次協(xié)作招聘需由聘外易平臺(tái)作為居間方，簽署三方協(xié)議，居間服務(wù)費(fèi)為招聘服務(wù)費(fèi)的50%，招聘完成時(shí)，由平臺(tái)直接發(fā)放給提供人才的中介機(jī)構(gòu)，該中介機(jī)構(gòu)向平臺(tái)開具發(fā)票。

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
