招聘條件：

Candidates Requirements:

?Passion for educating young students with a keen interest in their development

?Ability to command the attention of groups of children in an engaging and compelling manner

?Energetic, enthusiastic, animated approach to storytelling and delivering content to learners

?Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-change work environment

? candidates from US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand ,South Africa;

? B.A. Degree (needs to be legalized by Chinese consulate in home country) + TEFL/TESOL certificate

? Non-criminal certificate(valid for 6 months after the issuance date)

外教國籍： 美國，英國，加拿大，愛爾蘭，新西蘭，澳大利亞，南非

外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上學(xué)歷

外教個(gè)人情況：有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，活潑開朗，到崗公司提供培訓(xùn)，有責(zé)任心，發(fā)音純正，穩(wěn)定性好，男女不限，喜歡孩子

合同期：一年及以上

外教資歷：符合辦理工作簽證的要求

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：5天工作2天休息，工作日下午3:30 –晚上8:30，周末上午9：00 –下午18:00 （午餐時(shí)間1小時(shí)），每周工作時(shí)間為31小時(shí)，其中15個(gè)教學(xué)課時(shí)（45分鐘/課時(shí)），其余為辦公時(shí)間，不是彈性工作，如有加班工資是疊加給的，具體以KPI考核為準(zhǔn)。

教授課程：少兒英語語言培訓(xùn)

學(xué)生年齡：3-12

班級人數(shù)：4-15

坐班情況：需要坐班

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式： 稅前25K-30K，包含住宿補(bǔ)貼，發(fā)放到銀行卡

住宿：已包含

假期休假：除國定假日的11天外，還有10天的帶薪年假，3天帶薪病假

機(jī)票報(bào)銷：無

簽證辦理：校方承擔(dān)

其他福利：合同完成獎(jiǎng)金6000，續(xù)約獎(jiǎng)金4000，境外入職母語外教，入職后發(fā)放5000元生活費(fèi)。試用期2個(gè)月，試用期后獎(jiǎng)金：800-4500/月，第一天入職就有醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

“每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為13000-15000元整，具體根據(jù)外教的個(gè)人情況，可議，外教到崗14日內(nèi)付清中介費(fèi)?！?/span>

注意：

需按平臺(tái)合同，無法另簽協(xié)議，集團(tuán)公司審批較慢。

外教到崗2個(gè)月之內(nèi)因自身原因或者外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)更換一名。
