本期招聘外教1名，2022年9月份到崗

Position Vacancies

Youth English Teacher (Seed Program)

Vacancy: 1 teacher

l Starting Date: 2022 Sep

l Responsibilities: Youth (5 to 17 years old) English teaching and tutoring, students‘ assessment, etc.

l Working Schedule: 23-25 teaching hours and 2 days off per week. Possible teaching hours are 16:00 to 21:00 during the week and 08:00 to 20:00 on the weekends.?

l Class size: 5 to 15 in one class.?

l Office hour: Not required, around 8 hours per week for weekly meetings or trainings.

l Requirement:

? Degree: BA and above. With youth English teaching experience.?

? Age: 20 to 50.?

? Contract: 1-3 years

? Qualification: TEFL or TESOL or teaching experiences.

l Payment

? Salary: RMB18000-22000 per month, (before tax, including all)

? Accommodation: Provide 1st month dorm for free if not in summer time.

? Holidays: 16 paid holidays including public holidays.?

? Visa: Working visa, (must provide proper documents required)

? Medical: Medical insurance and annual health check.?

Travel Bonus: RMB9000 after every 12 months’ service.

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為母語10000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款
注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)補(bǔ)一名。
