School Brief:

Happy goal KIDS English is an Early Childhood Education Training School affiliated to Web Education Group, which aims at helping early learners acquire English in the happy atmosphere. Happy goal uses the “K.I.D.S.” method, (Key Intelligence Development System) a special curriculum specifically tailored and developed by Oxford University Press for 3-12 years old students. Since the opening in 2011, we’ve been growing rapidly with 30 schools in shanghai and 18 schools around shanghai

With start-of-the art teaching facilities, such as an office workspace with a work computer and free internet access, projector and SMART whiteboard, foreign teachers could enjoy teaching here happily with bilingual TAs.

Up to now,Happy goal has won many prizes in earlyESL training area, such as “2014 Excellent Education & Training Brand for kids & Teens” in 2014 Excellent Early Education Brand Ceremony, and “Most Famous English Training Institution for Kids & Teens” in 2015 English Training Brand Ceremony. 

Requirements:

Native English speakers (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa).

B.A. or above - Education, Linguistics or English majors are preferred.

TEFL120 hours or 2 years of associated experience

Able to pass the clear criminal check and health check for working visa application

22-45 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

? Teaching English to kids in China aged 3 – 12 in groups of 8-12 students

? Planning and delivering lessons based on pre-written lesson plans and multi-media materials provided

? Organizing social and cultural activities with Chinese colleagues

? Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents

? Participating in social activities, class preparation seminars and marketing promotion activities

工作職責：

每組8-12人的形式教授3-12歲中國學生英語

根據提供的課程計劃和多媒體教學資源進行課程設計和教授

和中國同事一起組織社交和文化活動

評估學生進展，并且給學生和家長提供實時提升的指導

參與社交活動，集體備課學術討論會，市場營銷等活動

Location:

Shanghai all districts, Suzhou, Changshu, and Jiaxing, Kunshan

上班位置：

上海各區(qū)，蘇州，常熟，昆山

Salary and Benefits Package:

?salary：around 18,000 per month

?6,000 RMB annual flight allowance 

?Working visa sponsored

?Arrival assistance - airport pick-up and seven days free stay in hotel upon arrival (from overseas)

工資福利：

月薪18000左右，可以具體協(xié)商

做滿一年，就有6000元機票津貼

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式:

每個外教的懸賞賞金為母語外教8000元整，非母語外教6000元整，外教到崗30日內支付.

注意:

外教三個月內離崗，需要免費換一名。

（2）外教人才中介機構推薦外教給本需求單位需按照本頁面所列費用標準和收取方式收費。
