單位簡介：

本公司成立于2019年3月，主要致力于幼少兒語言類技能培訓(xùn)。本公司為初創(chuàng)型企業(yè)，現(xiàn)正處于開業(yè)前期，即將進入招生階段。

招聘條件：

外教國籍要求：國籍不限，但是對口音有要求，不能有過重的英文口音。

外教學(xué)歷：大學(xué)本科以上

外教個人情況：最好是女老師，有教授小朋友英文的經(jīng)驗

合同期：1年

外教資歷：有Tesol或TEFL證書者優(yōu)先，專業(yè)不限

工作內(nèi)容：

Teaching hour:88hrs/month ,22hrs/week

22 workdays /month

12-15 students in one class maximum

Age:2-14

Working hour :8hrs/day

Job duties:

1. Prepare lessons well and write down teaching plans prior to teaching.

上課之前充分備課, 并且寫好每課教案。

2. Conduct English lessons alone or with Chinese teachers.

獨立課堂授課或與中教共同上課；

3. Assess children's work, such as words, sentences, reading, drama performances and art work.

對學(xué)生的單詞、句子、朗讀、戲劇表演、手工等進行考核；

4. Take an active part in children’s extra-curriculum activities of the employing Party.

積極參與孩子的課外活動。

薪資待遇：

Monthly salary package: basic salary 11000RMB (after tax) + performance bonus 500RMB + full attendance bonus（No personal leave or lateness）500RMB each month+ free accommodation（Monthly 1500RMB standard .Excluding water, electricity, gas, wifi, etc fee each month。）.

 Demo Bonus: Party B will receive demo bonus for each child who has successfully signed the previous term. The total bonus for each demo child is 100 RMB, this amount will be divided between all teachers who helped enroll the student.

Demo獎金：乙方將獲得上學(xué)期成功簽約的孩子Demo課獎金。每位孩子為100元，并由所有參與Demo課的老師均分。

The basic teaching hour is 88hours（including teaching hours for kids or adults/marketing activities/demo activities） per month, 22hours per week. If the average teaching hour is more than 21 hours per week, the extra teaching hour rate is 125RMB/hour.

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費用自理

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為母語外教9000元整，非母語外教7000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日支付清余款。

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名。
