單位簡介：

優(yōu)思迪國際成立于2013年，以英國牛津大學出版社為依托，教學及管理團隊由教育專家、管理專家和擁有職業(yè)資格的資深外籍專家組成。我們專注于3-15歲青少年英語培訓，目前在廣東地區(qū)有4個校區(qū)，分別為韶關市新豐縣青少年宮校區(qū)，新豐縣極上國際校區(qū)，廣州番禺大石校區(qū)和廣州荔灣校區(qū)，學生人數(shù)1500多名。

優(yōu)思迪國際告別了傳統(tǒng)的寫字黑板，采用全新的電子互動白板，全英文小班制教學，生動而有趣，讓孩子們在玩的過程中學習，更能鍛煉孩子們的聽說讀寫的技能；豐富的課外英語主題活動，提供了不同的平臺讓孩子們在現(xiàn)實生活中使用英語。

招聘條件：

外教國籍：

Native or Non-native English speaker with good pronunciation. 

英語為母語/非母語的外籍教師（需有良好的發(fā)音）。 

外教個人情況：

1. has rich experience in teaching children/adults English，Enjoy teaching，good communication， organization and management skills. 

有豐富教學經(jīng)驗，熱愛教學，語言表達能力強，有組織能力能夠調(diào)動學員的積極性，善于與學員溝通者優(yōu)先。

2. strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely;， be responsible for and be patient with students， be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit. 

具有獨特的個人魅力，幽默感，對待教學持有耐心、認真的工作態(tài)度; 具體團隊合作精神。

外教資歷：

1.Bachelor degree or above.

本科及以上學歷

2.TEFL or TESOL certificates are required.

要求有TEFL 或者 TESOL 證書

3.Priority will be given to the individual (Chinese or Foreigners) with a diploma in children education from overseas.

有海外幼教學歷者優(yōu)先考慮 

4.Teaching background is an advantage.

工作內(nèi)容：

教學時間：Work time:5 working days a week, about 20 hours office time+ 20 hours lesson time.

教授內(nèi)容：

- Giving proper lessons to the students.

對學生授課

-Lessons preparation.

備課

-Classroom set-up.

布置教室

-Keeping teaching equipment in good conditions.

保管好教具

-Enrollment activities.

配合招生活動

學生年齡：Teaching kids for 4- to 15-year-olds.

薪資待遇：

薪資及發(fā)放方式：

1.基本工資為每月12,000元(稅后) (到校正式上課之日起算起)

Basic salary monthly RMB12,000 (after tax) (Starts on the 1st day of teaching at the assign school.)

2.每月15日發(fā)放上月工資，如遇雙休日或國家節(jié)假日則順延。

Salary of last month will be paid on 15th every month, the payday may be postponed when encountering the weekend or national holidays.

3合作滿一年后，乙方愿意繼續(xù)合作的，基本工資在原來基礎上提高5%-10%。

 If Party B is willing to cooperate with Party A when the contract expires, the basic salary will be raised 5%-10%.

住宿：甲方為乙方提供單身公寓，并承擔相應的水電費。Party A provides Party B with an apartment and undertakes the bills of electricity and water.

假期：暑假、寒假分別有10天帶薪假期。There are 10 days paid holiday in summer holiday or winter holiday.

簽證：Offer Z visa

其他：甲方將為乙方熟悉當?shù)亟逃到y(tǒng)提供相關培訓，乙方享受當?shù)叵驅(qū)Ъ凹w短途旅行福利。

Party A will offer Party B relevant training sessions so that Party B could be familiar with local educational system as soon as possible. Party B will also enjoy a privilege of local guide and excursion.

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金非母語7000元，母語9000元，外教到校一個月內(nèi)結(jié)清。

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因走掉，需要免費換一名。
