-Native English speaker with good accent and related work experience

工作內(nèi)容：

Position Summary

Foreign Language teachers at The KangDiGe Academy work with kids from

age 3-12 year old. Foreign Language teacher’s goal is to help kids to become

proficient in English and to embrace diverse cultures to be responsible,

tolerant, and curious global citizens in an increasingly connected world.

Working Hours

Training school:

Wednesday to Friday, 3:00pm- 9:00pm

Saturday/Sunday 9: 00am-6:00pm/1:00pm/9:00pm

Day off: 2 days per week

Training hours: 8 hours/month

Kindergarten:

Monday to Friday 8:30-11:30 2:30-5:00

Day off: 2 days per week

Training hours: 8 hours/month

薪資待遇：

Training school:

13,000-14,000RMB per month/80hours

Kindergarten:

11,000-12,000RMB per month/80hours.

Payment date is the 8th of the following month

Work in January and July will be arrange in training schools, winter, and

summer camps. Salary will based on working hours in January and July if less than

2/3. The basic salary for the current month is calculated based on2/3 of the monthly

basic salary.

Housing

1,000RMB adding on salary every month (except summer and winter

vacations)Vacation

40 days off / year

Visa

The KangDiGe Academy provide working Visa (Z)

Bonus:

3,000-5000RMB/year (contract)

Based on attendance and complaint rate

3,000 RMB receive during Summer/winter with second year contract sign

Contract renewal

2,000RMB 

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金母語外教為9000元，非母語外教為7000元，外教到崗30日內(nèi)支付給中介機構。

注意：

外教三個月之內(nèi)因自身原因或者外教中介方原因離職，需要免費更換一名。
