我集團(tuán)于2010年11月在瑞士成立，主要從事國際教育（文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域）。2018年11月在北京成立分公司，與國內(nèi)知名大學(xué)合作，主要從事國際留學(xué)、研學(xué)和游學(xué)等教育活動。北京公司地處北京市海淀區(qū)核心地區(qū)，緊臨地鐵站，出行方便；方圓0.5公里內(nèi)，有亞洲最大商業(yè)區(qū)（金源購物中心），餐飲、超市、影院、KTV等生活設(shè)施應(yīng)有盡有；鄰近區(qū)政府辦公區(qū)、知名醫(yī)院，社區(qū)中國化程度高；鄰近清華、北大等著名高等學(xué)府，與中國高等學(xué)府交流方便；方圓5公里內(nèi)，有眾多北京著名景點，如香山、頤和園等，綠化好，交通和生活方便。我公司內(nèi)部基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施環(huán)保，安裝新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，以確保不良天氣條件下，室內(nèi)空氣潔凈。

招聘條件：

English Teacher  (Male/Female, 25-50 years old).

 Bachelor’s Degree, Major in English, English Education, Applied Linguistics or relevant area

National Teacher Certificate or TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred

Command excellent communicative skills in English with TEM8 / IELTS7 or above

Passionate in language teaching and cultural exchanges

Flexibility in working with Multi-national work environment

Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education and culture industry

Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies

Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students

Communicate students’ progress and action plans with the faculties and parents

Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students enrollment

Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs (such as the western festivals, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development

Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site.

Educational Tour/Study Tour’s Tutor or Teacher (Male/Female, 25-50 years old)

Bachelor’s Degree, major in history, geography, biology, philosophy, international affairs, economics, finance and linguistics etc.;

Dedicatedly enjoy different museums (zoo, aquarium, botanic garden, sci & tech, planetarium, transportation etc. ) and teach the students how to talk about them in English; help the students talk about them in correct and proper English;

Dedicatedly enjoy different historic sites in Beijing or other cities  ( e.g. The Forbidden City, The Summer Palace, The Great Wall and Gobi Desert in Gansu province. ) and teach the key words/sentence drills to the students; help the students talk about them in correct and proper English;

Lead courses and activities as outlines on detailded trip schedule and as discussed with Program Manager/ or Field Trip Coordinator;

Plans the tours and other program content for museums, historic sites;

Know the skills of docents/tutors/guides in the museums, historic sites or other public places.

Enjoy working with people, flexible and organized worker; comfortable public speaker, good problem-solver;

Love sharing new ideas and information with lots of different types of students; the teacher position is an essential and key position in our school.

Should be kind, dependable, responsible, honest, flexible, mature;

Criminal background check will be required;

Medical check report will be required;

Diploma and passport copies will be required

工作內(nèi)容：

Being an English teacher, you will:

Work for 40 hours per week; thereinto teaching hours should be at least 25 hours per week;

Go to work from 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m every day;  

Have 2-off day per week (often on Monday/Tuesday, or Tuesday/Wednesday);

Small size class, 8 students in maximum in every class;

Students aging from 6-18 years old;

Office hours except for teaching in-class courses and on-site courses.

薪資待遇：

We offer our full-time employees a great benefits package:

· Monthly salary ranging from 13,000-30,000 RMB depending on qualification, diploma, educational background, work experience etc.

· Accumulated 10-days sick leave for one-year contract employee;

· Local government’s social insurance for one-year contract employee;

· Monthly Rental subsidy(1,000-5,000 RMB)for one-year contract employee;

· Round-trip tickets reimbursement for one-year contract employee;

· Free work visa application for one-year contract employee;

· Participate the study-tour twice a year for one-year contract employee

· 10 days of paid vacation if you work more than 7 months;

· Perks/stipends for an outdoor program if you work more than 3 months; 

· Female’s leave (half day per month) if you work more than 3 months ;

· Four Chinese classes per week;

· One Chinese film per month and Chinese Salon;

Chinese teachers from Peking University. 

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金母語外教為9000元，非母語外教為7000元，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款。

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名。
