單位簡介：

Wisdom Education has two subsidiary corporations. One is Wisdom Nursery （age groups 0-3). The other one is Kids 'R' Kids Nanjing (age groups 3-6). Based on the Chinese ECE system, age groups 0-3 and 3-6 are separated. Wisdom Nursery and Kids 'R' Kids Nanjing is serving different age groups 0-3yrs and 3-6yrs respectively.

This campus is the first Kids ‘R’ Kids to be constructed in Nanjing and is one of the Flagship campuses. Our Kids ‘R’ Kids Nanjing has been given the honor to be in memory of ‘June Bug’ who is Pat Vinson’s mother. As an international Kindergarten in Nanjing, Kids ‘R’ Kids is an elite institution for children to experience a multicultural environment while receiving a culturally diverse education.

Curriculum

Kids ‘R’ Kids is proud of the Curriculum used in our Schools of Quality Learning. The writers in the Education Department at Kids ‘R’ Kids International, Inc. have more than 75 years in classroom instruction, administrative assignments, and Curriculum development. They embrace the concepts of renowned psychologists, Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky, and Sara Smilansky to exceed the Curriculum standards of the National Association for the Education of Young Children – NAEYC. Knowing that children learn best through play, the Education Department provides each classroom with materials that promote hands-on learning.

招聘條件：

Nationality: U.S./U.K/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/South Africa

Education  Background:Bachelor degree or above

Teaching Experience: 120 hour TEFL Certificate or 2+ years teaching experience

Gender: Male/Female(preferable)

工作內(nèi)容：

Classroom Practice

1. Lesson planning, delivery, assessment and recording

2. Giving constructive feedback to student’s performance

3. Implement Kids 'R' Kids age-appropriate curriculum effectively

4. Record and assess student’s performance from physical, cognitive, social and emotional domains and so on

1.Attendance at and contribution to school meetings

2.Participation in professional development activities within and outside the school

3.Responsible for demo class to enroll new students

4.Parent liaison where there are student concerns

5.Organize parent-teacher conference

6.Attendance at official Kids 'R' Kids functions 

7.Organize student field trips

8.Leading professional development initiatives derived from Kids 'R' Kids workshop attendance

9.Contribution to Kids 'R' Kids sporting, cultural and special student activities

薪資待遇：

15000-22000RMB，根據(jù)工作經(jīng)歷及教育背景進(jìn)行調(diào)整。提供住宿。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為母語外教10000元，非母語外教8000元，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款

注意：

每名外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)更換一名。
