招聘條件：

外教國籍：Native country，想要白膚色

外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上

外教個人情況：40歲以下

合同期：一年以上

外教資歷：學(xué)士學(xué)位證書，TEFL

工作內(nèi)容：

教學(xué)內(nèi)容：青少兒英語

工作時間：周一至周五：14:00-20:00周六,日： 9:00-18:00，每周工作5天，（周中周一，周二或周二，周三休兩天），每周課時量18-29ach

班級學(xué)生人數(shù)：8000人

學(xué)生年齡：3-16歲

薪資待遇：

薪資數(shù)額和發(fā)放方式：13000-15000元/月

住宿情況：2500元/月房帖  

機票報銷：一年合同期內(nèi)可享受9000元/年機票補貼

假期休假：無寒暑假，年假10天/年

簽證辦理：工簽

醫(yī)療和意外保險：商業(yè)保險

助教：有

其他：受聘方如有家屬隨行，費用自理

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞傭金為非母語8000元/位，母語10000元/位，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款。

注意：

外教三個月之內(nèi)因自身原因或者外教中介方原因離職，需要免費更換一名。

（1）本外教需求單位只接受中介服務(wù)模式，不接受其他合作模式。
（2）外教人才中介機構(gòu)推薦外教給本需求單位需按照本頁面所列費用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和收取方式收費。
