單位簡(jiǎn)介：

Eduhope International Management Limited is based on London, which was established in July 2012 with the original team consisting of three professors, three doctors and one postgraduate. In the past seven years, the team has expanded. In 2016 Eduhope has set up its branch in Shenzhen, China and registered the right of trademark of “Eduhope Education”. Eduhope has kept carrying out the active practice of education internationalizing, broadening the vision of English education in China. We undertake a series of exchange programs among primary and middle schools in China and UK. The core businesses are composed of input and management of international courses, summer and winter camps in UK, China-UK sister schools, international exchange students, and consultation of school management. The research team of Eduhope has gained knowledge from the advanced education concept in UK education systems and native English teaching methods, and developed B&A Phonics Curriculum according to the diversity of Chinese students. This set can be adopted to all the international courses in China, aiming to help Chinese pupils to have a delightful journey of learning English. It also has won plenty of praise from the industry.

招聘條件：

外教國(guó)籍：

寶安校區(qū)：學(xué)科類外教可以聘請(qǐng)非母語，英語外教首選英語為母語的國(guó)籍，可接受非母語國(guó)籍，前提必須是在英語為母語的國(guó)家（如英美加澳大利亞等國(guó)）獲得的碩士學(xué)歷， 且專業(yè)為英語語言或教育類

鹽田校區(qū)：母語國(guó)家外教

外教學(xué)歷：本科學(xué)歷及以上 

合同期：一年 

外教資歷：符合深圳市外專局外國(guó)專業(yè)人才(B 類)

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：

寶安校區(qū)：每周安排大約 16-18 節(jié)課，每節(jié)課 40-45 分鐘，周六、日休息

鹽田校區(qū)：18-20節(jié)課每周，加坐班時(shí)間是40個(gè)工作時(shí)長(zhǎng)每周

教授課程：

寶安校區(qū)：英語口語、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué)等學(xué)科

鹽田校區(qū)：教授英語

學(xué)生年齡：7-17 歲 

班級(jí)人數(shù)：寶安校區(qū)：小學(xué)初中約 40 人，國(guó)際班約16人 

坐班情況：坐班，每周工作時(shí)間不超過40小時(shí)

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式：

寶安校區(qū)：薪資，稅前18-20K（含3千房補(bǔ)），每月10日發(fā)上一月工資

鹽田校區(qū)：22稅前，加3k房補(bǔ)

住宿：住房補(bǔ)貼 

假期休假：寒假或暑假，帶薪 

機(jī)票報(bào)銷：6000 元 

簽證辦理：提供工作簽證 

醫(yī)療和意外保險(xiǎn)：提供社會(huì)保險(xiǎn) 

旅游和交通：無 

助教：無 

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

“每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為母語10000元整，非母語8000元整，外教入校15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，余款在外教入校滿30個(gè)工作日內(nèi)付清。”

注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。

（2）外教人才中介機(jī)構(gòu)推薦外教給本需求單位需按照本頁面所列費(fèi)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和收取方式收費(fèi)。
