Non-native Foreign English teachers with good accent

I have seen a lots of foreign teachers from the non-natives speaking countrise who can speak english very well, with very good and excellent accent, its really hard to realise that they are non-native only listen to their accent without seeing themselves, yes it is very difficult to realise, so this is really good for them and the school who will hire them, cause they really have excellent accent and this is their advantages, the only problem is that they are not from the native speaking countries, and this can influence their salary, may be not as much as the native speakers but they can make it up with their hard workings, the condition school will have for them is that if they are do their job very well then they can increase their salary as soon as possible, so this is a very good chance and also money for the schools is not a problem at all, so its all depends on themselves.

Also there are some schools that wants the non-native speakers to make a self introduction video for their conference, so if the video is good and the school likes the video, then they can do a skype interview with them, but of course if the school dont like the video or they think that the video is not good enough and the foreign teachers does not have as good accent as they expected then the school will not consider such foreign teachers, so this is very seriouse, its all depends on the school’s requirement and also depends on the non-native speakers abilities and their qualifications and the most important thing is that their teahing expericences, almost all the schools wants a foreigne teachers who has lots of teaching expericences, and no schools wants the un-expericenced foreign teachers eccept for those schools that only wants a image of the reall foreigner, so this type of fireign teachers fits them very well.

But there is something i have to say that most all the schools that cares about the foreign teachers image so much, i think the care is too much and even gone to far, this is really a big pity that some foreign teachers are very well qualified and also have a lots of teaching expericences, but the school just dont want them the reason is that they dont have good image, good looking, so really this is too much, and i think the school is really fool in doing like this, for me personally i really dont like this, because i think it is too much pity, for both the school and the foreign teachers, its wasting of time really, but there is nothing i can do to this case, the only thing i say is its a pity, the school decide whether yes or no, and they are the one in need of foreign teachers, and they choose the teachers any how they likes, so there is nothing i can do really, but the truth is that no everyone have good lookings, normal people are more and commen, so i really suggent those school that do not have so much strict requirements for hiring the foreign teachers, just be normal it is ok for them, but dont go too far, other wise they will loose a lots of chances and loose a lots of good foreign teachers with well expericenced, so what i mean is that the school should be smarter and never loose a good foreign teachers, never loose a good chance the school should hold all the good foreign teachers and dont let it go, this is the right thing to do.

For me i really cherish those teachers are from the non-native speaking countries who has really good accent, i think they are excellent and they are also hard workers of mine, the only problem is that they are not from the native speaking countries, but this is not their fault, so what i do is that i will try all my best for get them a good and suitable jobs for them, and i will do all i can to help them to get a job in china, and those teachers does not have so much requirement, so normally they are easy to recomment to the schools, and once they got the job and arrives the school they will quickly get used to the job and try all of their best to work hard and do their job very well and let the school and the students likes and love them very much, so this is what i like and cherish mostly in them, i like deal with those foreigners as well cause they are just good workers.
